Douma, through the Photographers' Lens

Beirut Street Photographers (BSP) organized a day photo trip to Douma, a village in the Batroun District. Douma is known for deep history, dating back to ancient Greece, agriculture, a sarcophagus containing remains of Castor, near perfect architectural uniformity, and a climate praised by physicians. It was a damp, overcast day, and a Sunday, meaning this quiet village was all the more sleepy.
